MID-PATCH UPDATES - JULY 10TH, BALANCE CHANGES
- We’re back from the Riot-wide summer break, which means we still have one more week before we can ship a full patch (13.14), but we’re adding a few mid-patch changes now to make light meta refinements and fix two high-impact bugs. We’re going light here because we want to ensure we have enough time to test more impactful changes for 13.14 next week.
