Wisps
Experience new ways to play with Wisps, the magical denizens of the forest.
Wisps are single-use effects that aid you in combat.
Wisps are the successor to the Charm system from Set 12
Wisps are split into 7 Categories (Champion, Combat, Misc, Shop, Gold/XP, Risky, Item)
Wisps can only be purchased during planning.
Appears in the rightmost shop slot, once every 2 rerolls.
After stage 5, every other Wisp is guaranteed to be a Combat wisp.

The Carousel round is coming back.
Tech Upgrade
Unreal Engine
With the release of Set 18, TFT will be moving engines from Hextech to Unreal.
Four patches into Set 18, a TFT specific client will be launched.
Set 18 will have a larger first download, and Mobile players will have the TFT app automatically replaced with the updated version that uses Unreal.
Riot account will be used to login to TFT the same way as before.
Preferred Settings will be reset as we migrate from one engine to the other. This means anything you’ve changed in your settings, or favorited in your cosmetics Loadout will be reset to base.
Your cosmetics will be ported over to your Loadout in our new engine. Be sure to check out your new look in our updated lobby too!
