You can preview SET 11 on the PBE server from March 5th (2PM PT expected).
SET 11 will officially go live with the 14.6 patch on March 19th or 20th. (Depending on the region)

Encounters appear 2~5 times per game.
Encounters appear randomly on the battlefield, and can sometimes be encountered in the Carousel.

Exalted
Much like how Legends change over time, Exalted unites change each game!
They gain additional bonuses based on your level and store power in a core that grants XP when sold.

Alune, sister of Aphelios, causes reduced magic resistance and magic damage to enemies, and increases the attack speed of allies.
